# Best Pack n Play Mattresses Source: https://smallspacebaby.com/best/best-pack-n-play-mattresses Updated: 2026-09-15 Publisher: Small Space Baby. Our score is an editorial rating out of 10 (fit 35%, features 25%, build 20%, value 20%), not a customer rating. Method: https://smallspacebaby.com/how-we-research#our-score When a playard doubles as your baby's main bed, the thin pad it ships with rarely feels like enough. A proper pack n play mattress adds comfort while keeping the firm, flat surface safe sleep needs, and it lets one piece of gear pull double duty in a small apartment. We focused on picks that match standard playard dimensions so there are no loose gaps, and covers that survive frequent washing. Since the whole appeal is portability, we favored options that still fold or pack down when you travel. ## Picks ### 1.
