What we liked
- + Swivels over the bed and has a lowering wall, so feeds and pick-ups need less bending, which helps in a small bedroom.
- + Built-in extras per the listing: 2 vibration levels, 4 calm sounds and a nightlight with auto shut-off.
- + Height adjusts to fit beds up to 30 inches tall, and the mesh walls give airflow and visibility.
Trade-offs
- - At about $300 it is the most expensive bassinet type in the guide, so it is a premium pick.
- - It needs a bed frame at least 4.5 inches off the floor, so it will not work with every bed or a floor mattress.
